The Dead Sea

After a month of being pretty complacent in Abu Dhabi, Joey and I decided we were in need of a little local adventure.

So off to Jordan we went...

After a 3.5 hour flight, we arrived in Amman, Jordan at 6:05 pm (2 hours earlier than AD time, which is 9 hours ahead of ET).  A friend of Joey's recommended his driver to us, so there at the airport we were greeted by some true Arab hospitality.  Bashar took us first to check into our hotel, then to explore the city and find a little dinner.  The next day we continued our exploration on Amman, then headed to the Dead Sea for a couple nights.
